New recipes with new hops!
I have just added two new recipes to the store!
The 'Indigenous Yankee PA' is a re-working of our classic Yankee PA recipe. It is still a delicious well hopped American IPA with rich flavour and a lovely orange hue - but now it's right on point for the newer style of less bitter but massively aromatic, juicy and tropical IPAs due to our use of the experimental Denali hops. Originally called Nuggetzilla but re-named after Alaska’s highest peak (perhaps because of Trump’s attempt to change the name of the mountain back from the native indigenous Athabascan), Denali hops offer juicy fruit, pineapple, citrus and spice (see the flavour profile image above).
The 'Black Perle Porter' is a re-working of our classic 'Sheffield Stout Porter' recipe but this time using Perle hop pellets. It's a proper pirate of a Porter, tha knows! This dark, smoky, bitter sweet porter is hopped using Perle hops – bred by German privateers at the Hop Research Institute in Hüll.
